At Albe De Coker, we don’t just preach sustainability, we also practise it. Thanks to 2,650 solar panels, an electric fleet, our ISO 14001 certification, and more, we are taking great strides towards reducing our carbon footprint. We consciously opt for energy-efficient processes, optimise our waste streams, and encourage sustainable behaviour within our entire team.
What is EcoVadis Gold certification?
EcoVadis scores the performance of businesses based on four crucial themes: environment, labour and human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement. They don’t just give out Gold ratings. Businesses must implement policies and demonstrate measurable results. The EcoVadis label is more than just a mark of recognition: it is proof that, as a company, we operate in a systematic, responsible, and forward-looking way.

We do not think of this certification as an endpoint. On the contrary, it merely confirms what we have known for years: “Sustainability is engrained in our DNA”.
